Cancellation and Adjustment Policy

• Your satisfaction is of the upmost importance to Stephanie. Please contact her directly within 7 days of your visit for adjustments.

*Adjustment requests outside of what is discussed and agreed upon during our original consultation may require additional costs.

Your appointment is very important to Stephanie at Rustic Mane, it is reserved exclusively for you. Stephanie understands that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, Rustic Mane respectfully requests at least 48 hours of notice for cancellations.

• Cancellations and adjustments made within 48hrs of your appointment will result in a 50% fee of scheduled services.

• Cancellations and adjustments made on the same day of your appointment and no shows will be charged full price of the scheduled services.
